Premises are let for short term/ holiday purpose only for the agreed period and at the agreed nightly or weekly rate subjected to subsequent change as agreed to by both parties.
Check in / Check out
Check in time 2:00pm. Check out is 10.00am. Check in time is strictly 2pm and Checkout is Strictly 10am unless previously agreed with management. The purpose of these strict times is to allow the necessary time to clean the premises.
Accommodation
While we do our best to accommodate a preferred Site or cabin number, these are not guaranteed.
All accommodation sites and other buildings are NON-SMOKING.
Accommodation is serviced on departure only or once a week for long term stays. Services and prices are detailed on our website.
Accommodation/sites are provided to the booking party for the guest(s) as named on the booking. Accommodation must not be sublet or resold by the booking party.
All damages, breakages or losses of property and/or furniture/furnishings are to be reported to Reception and paid for immediately. All furnishing and equipment must be left in the premises as originally found. Damages not paid for will be charged to your credit card without notice.
Person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Pets are allowed in some of our parks, please contact the park directly for more information.
We reserve the right to evict guest from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable behaviour, causing damage, disturbing other guest, using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking park rules. No refunds will be given, and charges will be applied for any damage caused.
No responsibility is taken for guest’s personal property left on the premises.
Parking is generally available for one vehicle only, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please Park in your designated spot.
Rates & Pricing
Rates are based on 2 adults per night.
All additional Guest are charged extra per night, however children under two years old may stay free of charge when using exiting bedding.
A deposit is required to secure each reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and direct transfer for phone bookings and you can also book online via our website. Final payments must be made on for before your arrival date, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct transfer and Cash.
When payment is made via direct transfer, please include your name and booking information.
Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellations
Peak Times (Christmas and Holidays)
Where booking are cancelled 60 days or more from arrival date, the booking will be given two options;
A – A full credit to be used for future bookings, within 12 months
B – Refund of deposit paid, less $25.00 Administration Fee.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 60 days from Arrive, no refund will be given.
Off Peak Times
Where bookings are cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, the booking will be refunded in full, less at $25.00 Administration Fee
Where bookings are cancelled between 13 Days to 72 hours prior to arrival date, a refund of 50% of the booking will be given, less a $25.00 administration fee.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival date, no refund will be given
Guest who departs earlier than their original departure date, no refund will be given. No shows will forfeit all fees paid. The park reserves the rights to cancel bookings for “No Shows”.
